LHS Reference: Framework Library is operated by LHS Legacy LLC. These Terms govern your use of the platform. By using LHS Reference: Framework Library you agree to the responsibilities, limitations, and policies described below. For data handling specifically, see our Privacy Policy. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing the library, or using any tool within the LHS Web Ref Library, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered researchers, contributors, institutional users, and affiliates. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Description of Service
The LHS Web Ref Library is an AI-powered educational research platform. It provides a searchable knowledge base of topics, sources, and articles; an AI assistant that applies the LHS Lens analytical framework; personal notebooks, saved collections, bookmarks, and notes; citation and evidence verification tools; premium research datasets and reports; a Rare Books submission portal for independent authors; NFT collector editions; print-on-demand books; K-12 curriculum; enterprise lifecycle management; and API access for institutional subscribers. Some features require a paid subscription.

The LHS Lens, GDDI™, Triple-Lock Wealth Trap™, Veneer of Legality™, Powell-Rad Path™, and all other frameworks presented on this platform are analytical frameworks — they do not assert conclusions as fact. AI-generated analysis, summaries, and connections are educational aids, not authoritative claims, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for verifying evidence against primary sources before relying on, citing, or publishing any information found here. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Much of the content on this platform — including books, articles, lessons, podcasts, and analyses — is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. While we apply editorial review and quality controls, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or stylistic artifacts. We do not represent AI-generated content as human-authored scholarship. All AI-generated content is clearly labeled where practicable. Users should approach all content with critical thinking and independent verification.
Accounts, Age & Conduct
You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts without verifiable parental consent (COPPA). You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping at scale outside the provided API, no attempts to access another user's private data, no uploading unlawful or infringing content, no automated abuse of the AI assistant, and no circumventing age or parental controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Content & Intellectual Property
The public knowledge base (Topics, Sources, KnowledgeEntries) is provided for educational research. Source citations and links remain the property of their original publishers. Your private notebooks, notes, and collections belong to you. Rare Book submissions retain the author's rights subject to the contributor agreement disclosed at submission. You grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive license to display, process, and distribute content you submit where needed to operate the service. AI-generated content produced by the platform is owned by LHS Legacy LLC unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.
Subscriptions & Payments
Paid tiers (Researcher, Scholar, Institution, Premium) are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. API access is subject to rate limits and fair-use policies tied to your tier. Premium datasets and reports, once delivered, are licensed for your personal or institutional research use and may not be redistributed. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
NFT Collector Editions
NFT Collector Editions are limited-edition digital art assets tied to specific books, reports, or content on the platform. By purchasing an NFT Collector Edition, you receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to view and display the digital art for personal, non-commercial purposes. NFT Collector Editions are digital collectibles — they are not financial instruments, securities, investment contracts, or guarantees of future value. We make no representation regarding the resale value, marketability, or investment potential of any NFT Collector Edition. No refunds are available once the digital asset has been delivered, except for technical access issues (see Refund Policy).
Affiliate Program Terms
Our cross-app affiliate program allows registered affiliates to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral links. By joining the affiliate program, you agree to the following: • Commission rate: 20% of the purchase price (excluding taxes and fees), unless a different rate is agreed in writing. • Commissions are tracked via referral codes stored in the visitor's browser and attributed at checkout via Stripe metadata. • Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or Stripe once pending earnings reach $50 USD. • Affiliates may not spam, use deceptive advertising, bid on branded keywords, or create misleading landing pages. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions. • Cross-app tracking: referral codes work across both LHS Lab and You're Not Crazy Deprogram apps. • Self-referrals are prohibited — you may not earn commissions on your own purchases. • We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, or program terms with 30 days' notice. • Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance with applicable disclosure laws (FTC, ASA, etc.).
Rare Books Marketplace
Contributors submit original manuscripts through the Rare Books portal. Submitted works are reviewed before publication. Contributors receive a disclosed share of sales revenue. The platform reserves the right to reject, remove, or de-list works that are unlawful, plagiarized, or that violate these terms. Pricing and availability are set at the platform's discretion. Contributors affirm they hold the rights to submitted content and indemnify the platform against IP claims arising from their submissions.
Print-on-Demand
Print-on-demand books are manufactured and shipped by Lulu.com. Print quality, shipping times, and returns for physical books are governed by Lulu's policies. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects but will facilitate replacements for damaged or misprinted books. See our Refund Policy for details.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur. AI features may be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LHS Legacy LLC and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated analysis, citations, or research results. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months, or a nominal amount ($10 USD) for free-tier users. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct in some jurisdictions).
International Use & Export Compliance
This platform is available globally. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, including export controls, sanctions, and trade restrictions. You may not use this platform if you are located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or if you appear on a U.S. government restricted parties list. We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions to comply with legal requirements.
DMCA & Copyright Takedown
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this platform infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to support@lhslegacy.com with: (1) a physical or electronic signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) identification of the infringing material, (4) your contact information, (5) a statement of good faith belief, and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We will remove infringing material promptly upon receiving a valid notice.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence and may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The last-updated date below reflects the current version.
