GDDI Peer Review Log

Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 7, 2026 · Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Welcome to GDDI Peer Review Log ("GDDI Peer Review Log," "GDDI," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GDDI Peer Review Log application, website, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

IMPORTANT: GDDI Peer Review Log is designed for structured peer observation, reflection, personal development, educational purposes, and data-supported insight. It is not a medical, mental-health, diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, legal, financial, or professional advisory service.

  • Peer-review submissions
  • Reviewer profiles and permissions

  • Somatic Floor observations
  • Reviewer confidence ratings
  • Review validation workflows
  • Composite calculations
  • Trend and progress tracking
  • Dashboards and reports
  • Audit logs
  • AI-assisted insights
  • Integration with the Powell-Rad Path™ ecosystem
  • Integration with AI Essence–guided experiences

Features may change, be modified, expanded, suspended, or discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility

  • You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
  • If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with appropriate authorization and supervision where required.
  • Certain features may have additional age, organizational, or eligibility requirements.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your eligibility.

3. Your Account

Some features require an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain current account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not share your credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Notify us of suspected unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account, subject to applicable law

You may not create an account using another person’s identity or impersonate another person. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or the integrity of the platform.

4. Peer Review Responsibilities

Peer review is a central function of GDDI Peer Review Log. If you submit a peer review, you agree to provide observations honestly and responsibly. Reviews should:

  • Reflect genuine observations
  • Be relevant to the purpose of the review
  • Distinguish observations from assumptions
  • Provide supporting context where appropriate
  • Avoid intentionally misleading information
  • Avoid harassment, threats, humiliation, or discriminatory content
  • Avoid unsupported medical or psychological diagnoses
  • Respect confidentiality
  • Include only information you are authorized to provide

You must not use the peer-review system to retaliate against, manipulate, intimidate, discriminate against, or intentionally harm another person.

5. Authorization to Review Others

You may submit information about another individual only when you have an appropriate reason and authorization to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of another person’s information complies with:

  • Applicable law
  • Organizational policies
  • Applicable agreements
  • Privacy requirements
  • The permissions established within the Service

You should not submit information about another person merely because you have access to it.

6. GDDI Scores and Measurements

GDDI-related measurements, including TTI, PPI, Somatic Floor, peer composites, trends, and other calculated signals, are contextual indicators. They should not be interpreted as permanent characteristics or definitive judgments about an individual. Scores may be affected by:

  • The context of an observation
  • Reviewer perspective
  • Reviewer confidence
  • Available information
  • Number of reviews
  • Validation status
  • System configuration
  • Data quality
  • Algorithmic or calculation limitations

A score may change as additional information becomes available. No GDDI score should be used by itself to make consequential decisions about an individual.

7. AI-Generated Content and Insights

Certain features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated analysis, or related technologies. AI-generated outputs may include:

  • Summaries
  • Pattern observations
  • Reflective prompts
  • Suggested questions
  • Trend interpretations
  • Educational content
  • Personalized recommendations
  • Other generated insights

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You agree not to treat AI-generated content as:

  • A medical diagnosis
  • A psychological diagnosis
  • A clinical assessment
  • Professional legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • An emergency response
  • A definitive determination about a person’s identity or character

You remain responsible for evaluating AI-generated information before acting on it.

8. No Professional or Clinical Service

GDDI Peer Review Log does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other clinical services unless expressly identified in a separate service agreement with appropriately qualified professionals. The Service does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship merely because you use it.

If you believe you or another person is experiencing an emergency or requires professional care, seek appropriate qualified assistance rather than relying on the Service.

9. User Content

You may submit content to the Service, including:

  • Peer observations
  • Written notes
  • Responses
  • Reflections
  • Scores
  • Comments
  • Feedback
  • Other materials ("User Content")

You retain whatever ownership rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit, analyze, secure, and otherwise provide the Service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the User Content. You are responsible for the User Content you submit.

10. User Content Standards

You may not submit User Content that:

  • Is unlawful
  • Infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights
  • Violates privacy rights
  • Contains malicious code
  • Impersonates another person
  • Is intentionally fraudulent or deceptive
  • Threatens or harasses another person
  • Promotes discrimination or abuse
  • Contains unnecessary sensitive personal information
  • Attempts to manipulate GDDI results
  • Attempts to interfere with the operation of the Service

We reserve the right to remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or creates a risk to users, the Service, or others.

11. Peer Review Integrity

The value of the GDDI Peer Review Log depends upon trustworthy information. You may not intentionally:

  • Fabricate reviews
  • Create fake reviewers
  • Submit reviews on behalf of another person without authorization
  • Manipulate scores
  • Coordinate fraudulent scoring
  • Repeatedly submit duplicate reviews to influence a result
  • Attempt to bypass validation
  • Misrepresent reviewer confidence
  • Alter evidence to produce a desired outcome

We may investigate suspected manipulation and take appropriate action.

12. Validation and Moderation

Reviews may be classified as:

  • Pending
  • Validated
  • Needs Review
  • Rejected

Validation does not guarantee that a review is objectively true. Validation indicates that the review has satisfied the applicable process or requirements for inclusion within the Service. We may modify validation procedures as the Service evolves.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, protected, and disclosed. Because peer reviews may contain information about other individuals, users are expected to exercise particular care when submitting such information.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

21. Fees and Subscriptions

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation requirements, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase or through applicable subscription terms. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to change pricing prospectively with appropriate notice where required by law.

22. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use creates a security or legal risk
  • You engage in abuse or manipulation
  • Required by law
  • The Service is discontinued
  • Other circumstances reasonably justify termination

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive termination.

23. Data After Termination

Account closure or termination does not necessarily mean all information is immediately deleted. Information may remain for periods necessary to:

  • Complete deletion processes
  • Fulfill legal obligations
  • Maintain required records
  • Resolve disputes
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Maintain security
  • Comply with applicable retention requirements
