We do not use peer-review information for the purpose of making a permanent determination about a person’s identity, character, worth, or medical status.

A peer review represents an observation from a particular person, at a particular time, within a particular context. A peer review is not automatically treated as objective truth.

Where the Service uses peer-review information to generate a composite, trend, or other analytical signal, the system may consider factors such as:

• Whether the review has been validated
• Reviewer confidence
• Multiple observations
• Historical information
• Applicable system configuration
• Other authorized data sources

A single peer review should not independently define a participant’s identity or overall development.

Where AI Features are enabled:

• AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• AI-generated insights should be treated as informational and reflective rather than definitive.
• AI should not be relied upon as a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional authority.
• Peer observations may be used as contextual information for AI-generated insights when authorized by the applicable workflow.
• We seek to preserve the distinction between observations, interpretations, and generated insights.

The availability and operation of AI Features may change as the Service develops.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

If you use GDDI Peer Review Log through an organization, school, workplace, community, research initiative, or other group, the organization may establish additional rules regarding access to information. Depending on the configuration:

• Organization administrators may be able to access information associated with organizational accounts.
• Reviewers may have access to information necessary to perform authorized reviews.
• Participants may have different access rights depending on their role.
• The organization may control certain account settings and retention practices.

If you are using the Service through an organization, you should review that organization’s privacy policies and agreements in addition to this Privacy Policy.

• Private information obtained without authorization
• Sensitive information unrelated to the purpose of the review

Only information necessary for the authorized review should be submitted.
